Focus Areas:
• Defence. Security. Procurement.
• Corporate, large and medium scale
• Aligning members of teams to a unified purpose
• To ensure effective activity by the “engine room”
• That produces correct, targeted outputs
• And Mission success
• In multi-cultural environments
• In high threat regions and environments
Coaching Approach
James’s approach is based on the relationship between decision-making by senior leaders and the outputs achieved by those they direct.
Quantitative and qualitative data is used to identify whether strategy, plans and day-to-day direction are achieving the mission. The approach seeks to ensure that the top of an organisation provides cohesive and coherent direction that enables the “engine room” to deliver success.
James seeks to make flexible use of formal analytical processes that build high-functioning leadership teams and therefore successful organisations.
